So, you want to
be a Ben Hur Speedway Club Member...
Here are some things you
should know...

Contact one of the club officers
for a membership application.

Return the application with a
$30 deposit.

The Club will vote for you as a
probationary member in the next scheduled meeting.

The probationary period is for 3
races. You will be expected to pitch in and help with any job where someone
is needed during those 3 races and attend scheduled club meetings.

After 3 races, The Club will
vote at the next scheduled meeting to determine if you are to become a
permanent member.

Once you have been accepted as a
permanent member a balance of $10 will be due to the Club. A yearly renewal
fee is $25.

As a permanent member, you will
receive: A key to the Front Gate and Clubhouse; Free gate admission for you
and your immediate family; Discounted Racing fees; Race Day early Pit
privileges.

As a permanent member, you are
required to: Attend Club meetings (when possible); Attend work detail days;
Commit to a job that is approx. 4 hours per race for the season; Help locate
Sponsors and donations; Promote Ben Hur Speedway; Stand behind Club
decisions; Help keep control and order at races; Monitor pit passes and pit
parking.

ALL CLUB
MEMBERS WILL CARRY THEMSELVES PROFESSIONALLY
AT THE RACE EVENTS. YOU ARE REPRESENTING
BEN HUR SPEEDWAY.
